1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn and in original condition.
- Accompanied by the original packaging and receipt.
- Items that are not eligible for return include:
- Custom or engraved jewellery.
- Items marked as final sale.
2. Return Process
- Request a Return: Email us at contact@rishira.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval and Instructions: Upon approval, we will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Return the item using a trackable shipping method. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at contact@rishira.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
